 How Can I Track My Package?

Once your order ships, we will provide you with a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor the shipping status of your package by visiting the carrier's website and entering the tracking information.

 Why Am I Unable to Track My Order on the Website?

Please be aware that tracking information might take 2-5 days to be updated and displayed. If you can't locate tracking details for your package, we recommend checking again 1-2 days later.

 Why Is My Shipment Status Not Updating?

There might be several reasons for delays in shipment, including factors such as weather disruptions, customs processes, or logistical backlogs.

 What Payment Methods Do You Accept?

We accept a variety of payment methods including PayPal, Credit Cards, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Western Union, Zelle, American Express and Debit Cards, etc.

 What Is Your Return Policy?

Should you encounter any issues with your order (e.g., defective product, incorrect order, damaged package), kindly reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your order. Our team will assist you in reviewing the case, and if approved, we will arrange for a replacement.

Shipping

Similar to most online businesses, Xingyuekd has experienced some delays as many customers are shopping for holiday gifts. Most importantly, we are operating with extreme caution as it relates to the health and safety of our team. Please be sure to enter your shipping information at checkout to view your available rates.

During the current season, we expect most orders to be processed within 7 business days. You will receive a tracking link immediately after your order is shipped.

Rest assured that we are working hard to deliver your order as quickly as possible.

Domestic Shipping: Our standard shipping usually takes 2-10 business days.

International Shipping: International shipments usually take up to 3 weeks to arrive depending on the selected location.

Don’t worry! All packages take up to 24 hours to update as the carrier needs to receive the package and update it within their system after it’s picked up from our warehouse, so it’s likely your package will update by the end of the day. If there’s any outstanding issues after 48 hours please contact us and we’ll look into the situation 🙂

We only work with the most reliable carriers worldwide, including FedEx, USPS, and UPS. Xinyuekd is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdirected packages once they leave our warehouse, but we want you to have the best experience with our company!

Due to customs and the logistics of international shipping you may experience delays outside the defined shipping time. If your order has not been delivered based on our guidelines we will be happy to refund any shipping cost and provide a discount for future orders,

Yes! We proudly ship to APO/FPOs and it is included in our flat rate shipping fee. Just a note from the USPS to help you ensure your package is addressed correctly: Make sure you include the unit and box numbers, for APO/FPO/DPO shipping addresses (if assigned). 

To prevent mail from entering foreign mail networks, do not include city or country names in APO/FPO/DPO shipping addresses.

We are currently offering free shipping on all orders as long as you add regular sized candles to your cart.

If you apply a discount, it may reduce your total to the point where you lose eligibility for free shipping; in some cases, you can save more with a discount than with free shipping, so be sure to check carefully to get the best deal!

Payments

To begin the refund process, be sure to go to contact@xingyuekd.com and provide your order number (be sure to include the HSC) and the zip code associated with your order.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within thirty (30) days of purchase, provided the item is in its original condition and packaging. Please note that we do not accept returns on used items unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Our returns website makes returns easy and hassle-free. You will be able to view items eligible for return, purchase from our store using a credit card, and select a new candle. If you choose to return the candle in its entirety, you can print a prepaid label, view a refund estimate, and track your package back to our warehouse.

We strive to process refunds quickly, so you will most likely receive a refund notification within a few hours of your return arriving at our warehouse. It may take 1-2 weeks for your refund to be reflected in your account. Of course, if you need any help along the way, we are here to help. Please note that if you choose to return an item outside of our standard process, we will not be able to refund return shipping costs and your refund will be delayed due to the additional processing time.

Please allow additional return shipping time when returning from a military base (APO/FPO). Although refunds are debited from our account immediately, it may take a few days to up to 2 billing cycles for the refund to reach your account, depending on your bank’s processing time.

We take every precaution to ensure your product reaches you as quickly and safely as possible, but in rare cases, damage does occur during shipping. If this happens, please email us at contact@xingyuekd.com and include the following information:

Number of damaged items

Order number (e.g. HSC#) and we will replace it as soon as possible

If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect, please request a refund or replacement, please follow the steps above so that we can resolve your issue as quickly as possible.

Orders

We currently sell Xingyuekd candles in boxes of 12 per state. We are unable to split the boxes to qualify for this discounted price at this time. Wholesale orders are limited to one (1) box for free shipping.

Shipping

Shipping costs are included in our wholesale prices. Unless otherwise noted in the product description, orders will ship within 2-3 days of order placement. We select the fastest, most economical shipping method for each region. Expedited shipping is available at an additional cost.

Returns

Xingyuekd does not accept returns on unsold or overstocked products unless the product arrives damaged. Please notify us immediately and include photos of the damage so we can process it immediately.

Physical Stores Only

We only accept retail partners with physical stores. We do not currently allow wholesale orders from e-commerce, online stores, or marketplaces. Xingyuekd candles are not allowed to be resold online by third parties. We do not offer exclusivity to any wholesale accounts.

About Our Candles

Homesickness candles are hand poured into 13.75 oz glass jars. Each state scent is carefully crafted to evoke nostalgic memories of home. We use all-natural soy wax that burns cleanly and continuously. Custom scent blends are natural essential oils and/or non-toxic synthetic oils. Our premium cotton wicks are lead-free and the candles are free of parabens, petroleum, and phthalates. Burn time is 60-80 hours.

Absolutely! As you add an item to your cart, you’ll notice that there is an option to “add gift message” right before you proceed to checkout, and you can always click on the cart icon on the right hand side of the page to access the gift message box as well; be sure to hit proceed right after so that you checkout and get the order started!

 Orders processed without a gift message unfortunately cannot have a message added to an existing order due to the way our fulfilment process works. We’re currently working on ways to adjust this so our customers can add a gift message after the fact, but at this time we’re unable to offer any additions or edits to gift messages on processed orders.

We understand that a majority of our orders are meant as gifts for friends and family, so we ensure that no financial information is included on the invoice so that your recipient won’t know any sort of cost for the item 🙂

Unfortunately, due to our automated fulfillment nature, we are unable to change the shipping address of an order once it has been placed, so address changes are not possible.

If your package was shipped via FedEx or UPS, you can request a reshipment, but this may incur additional charges for you. Xingyuekd is not responsible for mis-delivery of packages if the shipping address is incorrect, and we are unable to make changes.

If you need to change the shipping address after an order has been placed, please contact FedEx or USPS to facilitate your request; any address change requests made to our help desk will be redirected to this FAQ.

Our lemon or lime scented candles tend to have a yellow tint depending on the ingredients, so don’t worry! If you have any questions about the appearance of your candle, please email us at

Personalization

Personalized items cannot be cancelled or returned except when due to defect. This includes candles with handwritten notes on the packaging and printed notes on the candles.

Yes, please allow for 2-3 additional days in order processing for personalized candles.

The cost to add a printed note to the candle is $0 (free).

It costs $0 (free) to add a handwritten note to your candle packaging. This applies to any of our Celebration Candles.

We are unable to add, remove, or edit any sort of personalization once the order has been placed due to the automated nature of our fulfilment process.
