Cancelling an Order

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing your order. A full refund will be issued upon cancellation. Unfortunately, you cannot cancel your order after it has been shipped.

Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, we will refund or exchange it for free.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team via email at contact@xingyuekd.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

Timeframe: Return requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.

Item Condition: Items must be unused and in their original, unworn condition, including all tags and packaging.

Non-Returnable Items: We do not accept returns on the following items:

Items damaged by washing or dry cleaning (including stains, burns, shrinkage, fading, wrinkling, tears, bleaching, ironing damage, or damaged seams or buttons).
Items marked as Final Sale or non-returnable.
Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost, stolen or missing items once the carrier has marked them as delivered. We are unable to provide a refund or re-shipment in these circumstances.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Shipping charges will not be refunded if the return is due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer or if the delivery is unsuccessful due to a failed delivery attempt. We are not responsible for packages that cannot be delivered due to incorrect or missing address details.

Return Shipping Charges
Customer Initiated Returns: If a return is initiated due to personal preference (wrong size, change of mind, etc.), the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
Company Initiated Returns: If the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item), we will cover return shipping charges.
Return Authorization

All returns must be authorized in advance through our returns portal or by emailing contact@xingyuekd.com. Returns not authorized in advance will not be refunded or exchanged and may be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.

Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you by email whether your refund is approved or denied. If approved, your refund will be processed within 1-2 business days via your original payment method.

Pending Refunds: If you have not received your refund, please check your bank account. Refund processing times may vary by financial institution, so please contact your credit card company or bank for more details. If you still have not received your refund after completing these steps, please contact us at contact@xingyuekd.com.

Returns without prior authorization may not be accepted. We recommend that you contact our customer service team first to ensure that your return is processed correctly.
Special Circumstances: In some cases, returns may be accepted after 30 days or without prior authorization. These cases will be handled on a case-by-case basis and the customer will be responsible for shipping costs.
